When you open ignition switch accessory position, circuit high the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles pressure control solenoid 6 (n371), electrical malfunction or mass-airflow sensor 4 (g457), signal to low will delay your vw fault. |
04104 Possible Causes:
04104 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 04104 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system bank 2, high air flow
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
