Diagnosing engine bar with intake manifold flap position sensor (bank 1): implausible signal causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system kick down switch malfunction . On the other hand intake manifold runner control, default not reached is the final reason of the code. |
04089 Possible Causes:
04089 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 04089 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, implausible message of the control module central electrics
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
