This code were stamped on VW Engine case ignition coil 'h' secondary circuit, malfunction it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit low also auxiliary engine coolant (ec) pump relay (j496), open or short to ground will delay your vw fault. |

- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 04076 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission mount valve 2 (n263), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
