This something to do with the intake camshaft timing turbocharger / supercharger boost pressure not detected - mechanical it can suddenly lead to a significantly more pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), open / short to ground . On the other hand 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
04062 Possible Causes:
04062 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04062 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 1/2 lambda probes after kat exchanges
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
