When you open ng high pressure valve (n372), short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit high also barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
04050 Possible Causes:
04050 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 04050 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system pump bank 2, stuck off
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
