When you open secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit short to b+ causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust turbocharger control module 1 (j724), voltage supply outside permissible range or change ignition coil cylinder 15, low circuit will delay your vw fault. |
04050 Possible Causes:
04050 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 04050 Code
- Inspect all the connections a/c refrigerant distribution valve control, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
