When you open evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, circuit high voltage causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system actuator supply voltage 'c', circuit low also control module defective is the final reason of the code. |
04043 Possible Causes:
04043 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 04043 Code
- Inspect all the connections outside temperature sensor 2 (g249), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
