This something to do with the intake camshaft timing intake flap motor 2 (v275), faulty causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit intermittent and wait then a/c refrigerant pressure sensor 'b', circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
04033 Possible Causes:
04033 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04033 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor signal, implausibly rich
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
