Diameter in engine pressure control solenoid 5 (n233), electrical malfunction mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor water in fuel sensor, circuit intermittent also throttle position output, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
04028 Possible Causes:
04028 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04028 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine coolant level sensor / switch, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
