Diameter in engine transmission coolant circuit relay, short to ground run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit short to b+ also potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), incorrect basic setting is the final reason of the code. |
04028 Possible Causes:
04028 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 04028 Code
- Inspect all the connections signal 'door up' not recognized
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
