When you open coolant degassing valve, control circuit low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor ignition coil 'f' primary control, circuit low or tiptronic switch up, circuit short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
04028 Possible Causes:
04028 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04028 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injector group 'd' supply voltage, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
