The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), short to ground run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed ignition coil 'f' primary control, short to plus also o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 1, biased / stuck lean is the final reason of the code. |
04024 Possible Causes:
04024 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low

What To Check After Fixing 04024 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 4 (n369), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
