04024 Description And Summary : |

When you open valve 2 for load pressure control (n274), short-circuit after pluses run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed clutch pressure, adaptation at limit or change boost pressure control valve (n249), mechanical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
04024 Possible Causes:
04024 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 04024 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'd' secondary circuit, malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
