04019 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing engine coolant bypass valve, control circuit low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor reductant temperature sensor, circuit range / performance and fuel injector group 'c' supply voltage, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
04019 Possible Causes:
04019 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 04019 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector control pressure, too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
