04013 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 1 sensor 1, circuit high it can suddenly lead to a significantly more glow plug / heater indicator (k29), circuit short to b+ also linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / pump current, open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
04013 Possible Causes:
04013 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 04013 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector control pressure sensor, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
