Diameter in engine cooling bypass valve 2, exhaust gas recirculation flow, electrical causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system auxiliary engine coolant (ec) pump relay (j496), open or short to ground also exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), high will delay your vw fault. |
04011 Possible Causes:
04011 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 04011 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
