04007 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e', circuit the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles evaporative emission system vent (n115), valve stuck open and exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
04007 Possible Causes:
04007 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 04007 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant temperature sensor, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
