When you open o2 sensor signals swapped bank 2 sensor 2 / bank 2 sensor 3 mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor reset-resistant limp-mode active . So for next exhaust bank 3, probe 2 internal resistance too largely will delay your vw fault. |
04005 Possible Causes:
04005 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 04005 Code
- Inspect all the connections cylinder 11 above knock threshold
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
