This code were stamped on VW Engine case ignition coil 'a' secondary circuit, malfunction mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor 'b' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off . On the other hand turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |

03999 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)

- Inspect all the connections starter activation, return message terminal 50, short to b+
