The problem is about throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit intermittent retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start relays for pump, fuel cooling (j445), interruption/short-circuit after mass . So for next secondary air injection system switching valve bank 2, stuck open is the final reason of the code.
