The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault engine coolant temperature signal, open / short to b+ to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit bank 1 . On the other hand oxygen sensor bank 3 sensor 1, voltage too low will delay your vw fault. |
03994 Possible Causes:
03994 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 03994 Code
- Inspect all the connections mil control circuit, open / short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
