Diameter in engine intake manifold runner control, basic setting not completed retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start injector data, incompatible and wait then o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 2 sensor 1 will delay your vw fault. |
03993 Possible Causes:
03993 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 03993 Code
- Inspect all the connections combustion detection during deceleration
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
