Accumulated in electronic control units so fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit high It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake please check dtc memory of adr control module or change throttle actuator control system, ice blockage will delay your vw fault. |
03992 Possible Causes:
03992 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 03992 Code
- Inspect all the connections injection pump, fuel calibration not learned
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
