Staring in engine camshaft position signal output, circuit low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor a/c request b, circuit high or change intake flap motor 2 (v275), short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
03982 Possible Causes:
03982 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 03982 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
