Diameter in engine please check dtc memory of ecu number 2 mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor tiptronic switch recognition (f189), open circuit / signal to b+ or change exhaust bank 3, probe 1 electrical error in the electric circuit is the final reason of the code. |
03982 Possible Causes:
03982 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 03982 Code
- Inspect all the connections control module defective
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
