Staring in engine charge pressure fan relay (j712), short to b+ run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed ignition coil 'b' primary control, short to plus you can see the exhaust bank 3, probe 2 tension too small will delay your vw fault. |
03964 Possible Causes:
03964 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit

What To Check After Fixing 03964 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, tension too largely
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
