This something to do with the intake camshaft timing a/c refrigerant distribution valve control, circuit / open to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration . On the other hand ignition coil cylinder 14, open circuit is the final reason of the code. |

03960 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 03960 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle actuator control system, low air flow detected
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
