Diameter in engine linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, implausible run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit intermittent / erratic or change voltage supply relay, electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |

03956 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High

What To Check After Fixing 03956 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
