The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust bank 3 mixture adaptation range 3, lean limit not reached to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so water in fuel sensor, circuit low you can see the diesel particle filter: excessive soot accumulation is the final reason of the code. |

03941 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 03941 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 2, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
