Diagnosing engine bar with throttle actuator control system, forced limited rpm It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake ignition coil 'c' secondary circuit, malfunction or starter activation, return message terminal 50, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |

03931 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Inspect all the connections power supply terminal 30, voltage too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
