03923 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction

- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 03923 Code
- Inspect all the connections activation 2-unit injector valve, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
