This something to do with the intake camshaft timing accelerator position sensor 1/2 (g79) / (g185), implausible signal mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 3, biased / stuck rich . So for next relays for coolant additive pump (j496), short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |

03916 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 03916 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
