This code were stamped on VW Engine case ignition coil 'h' primary control, short to plus run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed intake manifold runner control, circuit low bank 1 or ignition switch run position, circuit will delay your vw fault. |

03913 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
