This something to do with the intake camshaft timing secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit open circuit to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so automatic glow time control module 2 (j609), circuit electrical malfunction you can see the system too lean at higher load, bank 2 is the final reason of the code. |
03909 Possible Causes:
03909 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 03909 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
