This something to do with the intake camshaft timing power supply, voltage low voltage it can suddenly lead to a significantly more valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), electrical malfunction . So for next post catalyst fuel trim system, low limit is the final reason of the code. |
03885 Possible Causes:
03885 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 03885 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 9 (n305), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
