This something to do with the intake camshaft timing secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), signal too low . So for next linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, short to b+ will delay your vw fault.
