Diameter in engine ignition coil 'h' primary control, short to plus retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust bank 3, probe 2 tension too largely or change valve for intake manifold flap (n239), short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
03861 Possible Causes:
03861 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 03861 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, circuit high voltage
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
