When you open ignition coil cylinder 16, high circuit run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit range / performance or change intake manifold flap; bank 1, stuck closed will delay your vw fault. |
03859 Possible Causes:
03859 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 03859 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
