Staring in engine cylinder 11 above knock threshold it can suddenly lead to a significantly more load signal, error message from ecu you can see the cylinder 5 above knock threshold will delay your vw fault. |
03852 Possible Causes:
03852 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 03852 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
