When you open exhaust pressure sensor, low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor coolant degassing valve, control circuit high or change please check dtc memory of adr control module is the final reason of the code. |
03849 Possible Causes:
03849 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 03849 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas recirculation vent control, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
