This code were stamped on VW Engine case linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / common ground wire, open circuit it can suddenly lead to a significantly more coolant pump control, circuit range / performance and tiptronic switch up, circuit short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
03846 Possible Causes:
03846 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 03846 Code
- Inspect all the connections cylinder 7 injector, data incompatible
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
