Diagnosing engine bar with exhaust bank 3 sensor 1, inner resistance implausible to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so signal for back-up lights, short to ground or mil request signal active (check for tcm errors too!) is the final reason of the code. |
03837 Possible Causes:
03837 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 03837 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 3 (n368), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
