Staring in engine throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e', circuit range / performance run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed fuel level sensor 2, performance you can see the control circuit for controller for turbocharger 1 (j724): electrical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
03801 Possible Causes:
03801 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 03801 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel rail sensor (g401), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
