This code were stamped on VW Engine case exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake please check dtc memory of air condition ecu you can see the data bus powertrain, implausible message of the abs control module is the final reason of the code. |
038 Possible Causes:
038 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 038 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant temperature sensor, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
