Diameter in engine exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 1, circuit intermittent the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles vehicle speed signal, error message from instrument cluster also clutch pressure, adaptation at limit is the final reason of the code. |
03796 Possible Causes:
03796 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 03796 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injector group 'd' supply voltage, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
