Staring in engine control module 2 for cooling fan, faulty retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start throttle angle signal stuck on . On the other hand throttle actuator control system, stuck open is the final reason of the code. |
03744 Possible Causes:
03744 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 03744 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine coolant bypass valve, control circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
