Staring in engine exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, short to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust bank 3, probe 1 signal too slowly and wait then valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
03736 Possible Causes:
03736 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 03736 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), implausible signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
