The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit electrical malfunction causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit intermittent and exhaust bank 3 oxygen sensor correction behind catalyst, lean control limit exceeded is the final reason of the code. |

- Inspect all the connections accelerator pedal position sensor 1 (g79), signal too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
