Staring in engine air leak between maf and throttle body the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles bank 1; system too lean at idle you can see the control unit error programming error is the final reason of the code. |
03715 Possible Causes:
03715 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 03715 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 1 heating circuit achievement too small
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
