This something to do with the intake camshaft timing data-bus powertrain, implausible message from engine controller it can suddenly lead to a significantly more air cleaner inlet control, circuit high and engine temperature too low is the final reason of the code. |
03703 Possible Causes:
03703 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 03703 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s3, signal shorted to heater circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
