Diameter in engine 'b' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system relays for electrical fuel pump 2 (j49), short-circuit after pluses and nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |

03698 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low

- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 03698 Code
- Inspect all the connections cylinder 6 above knock threshold
