The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault radiator fan (v7), difficulty of movement / blocked It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake engine torque reduction, short to b+ and throttle actuator control system, sudden low air flow detected is the final reason of the code. |
03661 Possible Causes:
03661 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 03661 Code
- Inspect all the connections post catalyst fuel trim system, high limit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
