This something to do with the intake camshaft timing air flow restriction / air leak between air filter and maf mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor angle sensors 2 for butterfly valve drive 2 (g298), signal too largely and wait then supply voltage for fuel injector group b, short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |

03648 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 03648 Code
- Inspect all the connections leak in air intake system
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
