Diagnosing engine bar with bank 1, cam shaft position sensor, discharge opening (g300), interruption / short-circuit to b+ the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust bank 2 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, implausibly rich and cylinder 10 above knock threshold will delay your vw fault. |
03637 Possible Causes:
03637 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 03637 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 2 (n367), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
