Staring in engine exhaust bank 4 sensor 1, voltage too low or air leak mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust gas temperature control bank 3, range / performance or change givers 2 for intake air temperature (g299), signal too small will delay your vw fault. |

03631 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 03631 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of central electric control ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
